Terms & Conditions – Polo Mojo Content Usage

1. Permitted Personal Use

Polo Mojo clips are licensed for personal social media use only.
You may post your purchased clips on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and use them for sponsor shout‑outs or personal branding.
Editing, trimming, or splitting your clips for personal use is allowed.

2. Business & Commercial Use

To use Polo Mojo content for any business or commercial purpose, you must purchase a Polo Mojo Business Plan for Lifetime Use or One Year Use.

This includes:

  • Displaying clips on a business website 

  • Using clips in paid advertising

  • Promoting events or commercial activities.

3. Clip Length & Format

  • Most clips are approximately 15 seconds, though lengths may vary.

  • All clips are delivered as MP4 files (1280×720p).

 

4. Delivery of Clips

  • Preview your clip and select Buy to complete your purchase.

  • After creating an account and processing payment, clips are delivered without watermarks via email or WeTransfer.

  • Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see your files.

  • Unlimited streaming at checkout does not apply, as clips may be removed from the Clip Room after purchase to manage storage.

 

5. Ownership & Usage Restrictions

All Polo Mojo content remains the intellectual property of Clinton Schubert / Polo Mojo.
Purchasing a clip grants you a personal‑use license in perpetuety, not ownership.

You may not:

  • Sell your clips.

  • Use clips commercially without a Polo Mojo Business Lifetime or One Year Use plan.

  • License or distribute clips for any commercial purpose.

6. Refund Policy

  • Polo Mojo does not offer refunds once a file has been emailed or transferred.

  • If a refund is approved for another reason, it will be processed through Stripe, minus Stripe’s transaction fees.

 

7. Lost Clips

  • Polo Mojo does not store offline backups of purchased clips.

  • Clips may be removed from the Clip Room over time to make space for new content.

  • If your clip is still available in the Clip Room, you may request a resend for $45 per clip.

  • Customers are responsible for safely storing their purchased files.

 

8. Watermarks

All purchased clips are delivered watermark‑free.
